INTEGRATION - an intentional space to rest and digest

Contact Improv Workshop with Mara Natterer and Leonie Weibel

Integration means giving space for the system to reintegrate into a cohesive whole. To allow the parts that have been moved, touched, or confronted to find their new place and form.

Just after the year has turned, we open this space for ending a cycle and closing what wants to be closed, to make room for what wants to emerge.

Inspired by the format of a facilitated long jam different questions and frames will guide us - allowing everyone to follow their own process.

There will be intentional inputs to deepen your integration.
Besides dancing together and alone, there will be spaces for silence and exchange, for witnessing and being witnessed. Writing and drawing can become other ways of listening, letting what moves inside you come to expression.
